Title VI

The purpose of this plan is to certify that the Chautauqua Adult Day Care Centers, Inc. (CADCC), as a condition of receiving federal financial assistance under various programs administered by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), will ensure that no person, including persons with limited English proficiency (LEP), will be subjected to discrimination in the level and quality of transportation services and transit-related benefits on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
