The Chautauqua Adult Day Services., a private not-for-profit organization, looks to friends, families, and the community to support its Adult Day Programs.
Donations can be made to the agency that will help older adults afford the cost of attending the program or for a specific purpose. If you wish to donate to our organization, you may do so right here on our website with a credit card or PayPal account.

Other Forms of Donations
MEMORIALS
Individuals and families can include setting up a Memorial Donation on behalf of a loved one when they pass away. Notices can be made in an obituary to designate the agency as a recipient of a Memorial Donation.
PLANNED GIVING
Donors can also include a gift to the Chautauqua Adult Day Services, Inc. in their wills. These gifts provide an estate tax deduction and have a tremendous impact on our ability to help older adults remain at home.
