Programs
Chautauqua Adult Day Services is a not for profit United Way agency, which offers affordable Senior Day Programs for adults sixty years of age and older who live in the community. The agency has four sites that serve all of Chautauqua County. The programs provide socialization and offer many opportunities for older adults to participate in activities during the day in a caring, friendly atmosphere with supportive staff and companionship.
Transportation
We also offer transportation through our agency transportation or arrange their transportation through CARTS.
Meals
The sites provide breakfast and a noon-time meal for participants. There is also a Community Recreation Program that helps persons participate in outings in the community. The sites also offer pet therapy, ceramics, music programs, arts and crafts, and much more on an ongoing basis. Additionally, a Saturday Program is available in Jamestown. For participants who desire financial assistance, funding is available.
Activities
At our program, we always encourage our clients to participate in daily activities. Every day we offer something different than yesterday. We always enjoy our clients having a good time.
