DONATE
Dear Friend:
Once a year, Chautauqua Adult Day Services, a private not for profit organization, looks to friends, families, and the community for support of its Senior Day Programs. Individuals and groups have an opportunity to make a difference for families who cannot afford the full cost of a much-needed service. All contributions go directly to the agency “Scholarship Fund” which helps frail older adults receive a valuable service that enables them to remain at home. In addition, caregivers can get a break from taking care of a loved one or are able to remain employed.
The agency has four Senior Day Programs that serve all of Chautauqua County and is in its twenty-seventh year of operation. One of its sites, the Present Center, is a day program specifically for older adults who are suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease. The agency programs are located in Jamestown, Dunkirk, and Westfield. Every year the number of older adults needing Adult Day Care increases.
If you wish to donate to our organization, you may now do so right here on our web site. All you need is a valid credit card or PayPal account! Please click on the PayPal Donate Now link.
You can also make a donation by mailing a check to Chautauqua Adult Day Services at 358 East 5th Street, Jamestown, NY 14701
